First Recipe: Mango-Pineapple Punch
~ What Do You Need ~
♥ 2L Mango Nectar
♥ 850mL Pineapple Juice
♥ 750mL Ginger Ale
♥ 170g Passionfruit Concentrate
♥ 3 Passionfruit pulp
♥ 1 mango, sliced
♥ 1/2 Pineapple, sliced
♥ 1 cup strawberries, sliced
♥ Ice cubes
~ What To Do ~
Mix all ingredients together in a punch bowl or large jug. Serve chilled.

♥ You can try making the ice cubes out of the mango nectar so it can be more tasteh! 8D

~ What To Do ~
Make a delicious summer sandwich using your favorite ice cream flavors. Simple spread a thick layer of ice cream onto a wafer and then sandwich between another wafer. You could also try these with cookies. <3
3rd Recipe: Strawberry Sorbet
~ What Do You Need ~
♥ 1 3/4 cups strained strawberry puree (700g frozen or fresh strawberries)
♥ 3/4 cup water
♥ 1/3 cup sugar
♥ 1/4 cup lime juice
♥ 3 egg whites
♥ 1/3 cup sugar, extra
~ What To Do ~
→ Blend strawberries until pureed and strain excess fluid.
→ Combine strawberry mixture with water, sugar, lime juice in a saucepan. Bring to boil and stir until sugar is dissolved.
→ Remove from heat and pour into a 20cm cake tin and cool to room temperature.
→ Freeze until partly set.
→ Beat egg whites until soft peaks form, add extra sugar gradually and beat until dissolved.
→ Stir egg white mixture into partly set strawberry mixture.
→ Freeze and stir every hour with a fork until set.
~ Tips ~
♥ You can replace the strawberries with other fruits like cherries, mangoes, etc.
♥ Place the Strawberry Sorbet in fun-looking glasses.
